If you opt out and the Court approves the proposed Settlement, you will not receive a payment. |
Objection Deadline Postmarked by April 9, 2026 | Status: Upcoming | Explanation: If you stay in the Settlement Class, you can object to the proposed Settlement if you do not like any part of it. The Court will consider your views, but the proposed Settlement may still be approved in spite of your objection. If the Court approves the proposed Settlement, you may be eligible for a payment in the future. |
Fairness Hearing June 3, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. Central | Status: Upcoming | Explanation: The Court will hold a fairness hearing to decide whether to approve the proposed Settlement. You may, but need not, attend the hearing. If you do attend the hearing, you may ask the Court’s permission to speak (see FAQ 20), but you do not have to participate. By agreement, the final approval hearing shall proceed by teleconference. Attorneys and any interested parties or objectors shall appear by dialing: 650-479-3207 and entering access code: 2311 499 1046. No attendee code is required.
