If you opted out and the Court approves the proposed Settlement, you will not receive a payment. |
Objection Deadline Postmarked by April 9, 2026 | Status: Passed | Explanation: The deadline to object to the Settlement passed on April 9, 2026. If you objected to the Settlement, you will still be bound by the Settlement if it is approved. If the Court approves the proposed Settlement, you may be eligible for a payment in the future. |
Fairness Hearing June 3, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. Central | Status: Passed | Explanation: The Court will hold a fairness hearing to decide whether to approve the proposed Settlement. You may, but need not, attend the hearing. If you do attend the hearing, you may ask the Court’s permission to speak (see FAQ 20), but you do not have to participate. By agreement, the final approval hearing shall proceed by teleconference. Attorneys and any interested parties or objectors shall appear by dialing: 650-479-3207 and entering access code: 2311 499 1046. No attendee code is required.
